They are definitely comfort foods- a lot of the baking recipes call for white rice flour, which isn't the most nutritious flour, but the author doesn't make any apologies for that. So far we have really enjoyed the Shepard's Pie, Pork Souvlaki, Chicken Curry, and Perfect Roast Chicken.
