[ 2.0 stars ] "Having Interstitial Cystitis is horrible. This cookbook was a waste of money. If you're trying to find good recipes using alkaline ingredients look elsewhere. I can't believe this author even has IC - but I guess she's able to afford Elmiron (too expensive for me) - and is able to eat many foods most of us can not touch. It just made me angry.
