"The only reason I gave a two star rating is one of the 8 plugs I ordered was broken out of the box. The electrode was loose and pulled out of the ceramic. I will say surprisingly Amazon didn't do a great job packaging so that could be why. The eight plugs were put in an approximately 8x6x4 box with some air packaging along with a special removal tool. "These plugs made my truck run like new again. Of course i replaced the coils as well. Be sure to buy the lisle broken plug remover tool to get the old plugs out. I have 4k miles on these plugs now and have not had a problem. 2006 F150 Lariat 5.4l 3v ..."

"2007 f150 xlt 5.4 3v triton.$950 floated away (plus the 96 bucks for the new plugs) third week of April when my mechanic broke one of these off in the head during a routine spark plug removal job. Until then he, nor I had ever heard of this problem (hes a smaller vehicle/Dodge guy, never dealt with these plugs I guess). Took it to an engine specialist, one week and 950 dollars later my unrespons ..."
